From: Chris Cole This is one of several original contributions to the collection that we will see from Chris.
Scene One: Cooking school. The assignment to create a delicious side salad with kidney beans, green beans, and wax beans in a seasoned oil-and-vinegar dressing. The student-cooks begin their work.
Scene Two: Three students Larry, Moe and Curly (soytenly!) get into an argument over the order in which to add each ingredient. Words lead to shoving, which in turn leads to further moronic mayhem.
Scene Three: A full-blown, free-for-all food fight erupts which soon involves all the students. It then spills out into the street, where it also engulfs a struggling street folk-singer.
Postlogue: After the aforementioned melee finally dies down, the street musician spontaneously breaks into song, chronicling for all posterity what has just transpired. The song soon makes the charts and is played on all the local radio stations. They call it the Three-Bean Salad Three-Scene Ballad.
