Bobi Kerpacek used to be a solid, loyal member of the Communist Party when he was part of the government bureaucracy in Czechoslovakia. After the recent falling out of favor of the communists, Bobi, ever quick to catch the latest political winds, changed his party affiliation to the more popular National Democratic Freedom Party. Unfortunately, he underestimated the fickleness of his circle of former friends. When Bobi asked why he was socially rebuffed, they replied, “We don’t accept two-party Czechs!”
